oh october

October has not been the nicest month thus far. Jay came down with a nasty stomach bug on Monday which took him out of commission for 3 days and left me sleeping on the couch. But I am very glad to say that he is feeling better and that life is getting back to normal.

It has been fairly quiet recently. It seems days and weeks are flying by and we haven't really stopped to see what is going on. We are excited that Jay's parents are coming to visit in 2 weeks, they are coming down that weekend because it is bridge day. Now I know that doesn't mean anything to most of you, but bridge day is when they close down this massive bridge to cars, and the bridge is tall enough for people to base jump off of, and bungie jump and all sorts of crazy things. So it will be fun to see what all the fuss is about, and I am sure we will have some pictures to show of thaat weekend.

Other than that, we are looking forward to November. The plan right now is that we will be leaving from down here on the Monday evening before thanksgiving and heading to Philly, we will then be in Philly until Wednesday lunch time, we will head to Albany and spend a few days there, and head back to Philly on Saturday and we will be there until Monday morning. So it would be great to see as many people as possible while we are home...A few things we are interested in doing which if others are intersted might be a good way to see more people...in Philly we would love to head to Dave and Busters, maybe Tuesday afternoon/evening and we also need to go to Hibatchi which could happen on Sunday...other than that, we will be doing thanksgiving on Saturday with Jay's family, so whatever works around those times, would be awesome...as for Albany, Wednesday dinner is open, and we will need to hit Friendly's at some point. Thursday is obviously taken. Friday we will be up before dawn for some good black friday shopping, we are probably going to head to Colonie Center so we can check out the new LL Bean store. So if anyone wants to join some of the chaos with us, awesome, and then we might head into Schenectady for the parade friday night...

Ok I told you all of that so we can actually see peopel while we are in town this time...so let us know ASAP if you want to grab one of those times, or do something, and we will do our best....ok gotta go...
