So yesterday jay and i both had the day off so we headed out and about, and i wrote the blog before i added the pictures, and can't get things where i want them, so for the time being the pictures are above the story...so keep reading to figure out what you are seeing...
Yesterday was a random day for us...we both had the whole day off. The weather was sunny and warm and we had the whole day to just hang out. So we decided it was finally time to attempt to get our wv licenses again, the last time we tried was in May and it was a disaster, jay didn't have a birth certificate and his passport wasn't accepted as proof of citizenship, and I had to prove my name change and the marriage certificate we had wasn't accepted, so it has taken us awhile to gather all of these documents and find the nerve and patience to return. But yesterday we finally gave in and went, and things went so smoothly it was hard to imagine it was the same place. So we now both finally have licenses for WV granted jay's doesn't expire for 7 years and mine expires in 3 and then when i go back in 3 years it is only good for 5 years after that point, so who knows how that works.
And then after lunch we headed to a park we hadn't visited yet which has amazing views out on the gorge and following the river and we spent the afternoon reading in the park and then hiking along the gorge rim. we just kept coming across these views that were breathtaking, and the fact that it is a path many can't walk, we saw things many would never get to, it was a beautiful afternoon...and here are some pictures...
