Wow, lent flew by, which for the most part i am very thankful for. But now it feels like Holy week just popped out of nowhere and is here. It won't be too busy church wise, we have service tonight and then on Easter and that's it, the office is closed friday and monday, which means a little break. And I gotta tell you, it could not have come at a better time.
Ever since people found out i was pregnant all i heard was, 2nd trimester is great, the sickness goes away, you have energy, it's great...well so far, that has not been my experience, in fact, it has been so much worse. 1st trimester i was nauseous 24/7, but no getting sick, but the last two weeks, uck, it's been horrible, i can't keep food down, i don't feel too hungry, but know i'm not eatting enough at all. And it has been really gross getting sick, because (yes too much info, i know, but at this moment, i want to share with you) i get sick, while eatting, mid bite, after a few bites, it is gross!!!!!!!!!! And not just morning either, basically, whenever my body says it's a good time to be sick, it is...which i gotta say, sitting in front of a congregation during church is really terrifying, especially this past sunday, i was so scared i was gonna have to run out of there. And all i hear is it will get better, but hello, this is Janice we are talking about here, there are no rules....but at least by getting sick, it tells me the baby is still in there and getting healthier, so that is a plus....
Ok on to happier things....Jay's parents are coming in to town tomorrow and will be here til monday, which will be really nice. Last year was so lonely, we had been down here for a week, were living in a hotel for easter, so this will definitely be a nice change. They are also bringing me some food, i really want...like Bertuccis pizza if i remember to tell jay to call in the order tonight so they can pick it up....hmmmm definitely need to remember that...and bagels, a real bagel, no lenders or thomas' a real bagel!!!!!!! and some other stuff we have really been wanting...
I should note...Jay has been fantastic. He is taking such good care of me. Staying in the room when i get sick, running to get my pale (it reallly is that bad), making me food ( and then making something else when that doesn't work out so great), cleaning, and shopping....he has been wonderful!
And i think that is it for now...it has been a very random week, with some very wonderful moments mixed in with the icky ones....

it's true too that some women experience morning sickness all the way through - i have a couple of friends that had that...there is special medication that your doctor could give you if it gets so bad you can't cope or live...especially if you aren't eating enough. i think it's called zophram or something like that. it won't hurt baby either.
