So today was our next appointment. And we were super excited because we thought we were suppose to be having an ultrasound, but instead were told as long as things seem to be progressing right we won't have one until May. So the appointment was quick, i think we were in there for 7 minutes. We got to hear the heart beat and it came in strong with a 160, so nice and healthy. I gained a pound, so i guess that is right on track. And other than that, not much to tell. We will be going back on April 9th and meeting with a doctor instead of the midwife, so that should at least be a few minutes longer, we hope. So yes, we were very excited to know everything is going smoothly.
And yesterday, since Jay is on spring break and my day was fairly open, we traveled to charleston to do some shopping, since the maturnity sections in our stores leave a lot to be desired, and got to go to TARGET!!!!!! we spent more than we should have but i now have a total of 5 pairs of pants, 2 jeans, one nice wear on Sundays black pants, a pare of kakhi cargo like pants, and a great pair of relax in pants, and one skirt, along with 4 new wear on sundays tops, two cami like tops, and a bathing suit! So that should get me at least through a couple of months while some clothes still fit before i head to ny and let mom take me shopping!
Other than that, Jay has enjoyed a break from classes but has been busy with other things, he played another church's organ at a lenten service today, that was fun, and he's getting really excited for his parents visit over Easter.
And that is really all that is going on for the moment...we are planning a trip to Albany and Philly/Shore, the week before Memorial day, for you Albany people there will be a get together sometime at the beginning of the week, philly people, we don't know yet! But we will let you know.
