Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to one and all. We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. It was a busy couple of days for the Tiedecks of West Virginia. We started the celebration on Sunday, when Anna (Jay's sister) arrived to spend Christmas with us. It was great getting to spend some quality time with her. I think it was the first time in the siblings adult life they got to spend so much time together, what a wonderful gift.

We then continued to Christmas eve. We were invited over to the Fox's house to celebrate with them. We gathered for dinner before church and then returned after church for dessert and some wonderful music. After Jay hit the drum for a while he tinkled the ivories for a bit. It was a wonderful evening. Lots of fun.

Janice woke early as always and got a picture of the tree before the room was destroyed. It is an odd shaped tree but it definitely has a lot of personality.

Anna and Jay posed for a picture in front of the tree. It really was wonderful having Anna with us for Christmas. After this picture she hit the road so she could make her flight to England which is where Jay's parents spent the holiday. Where my family will be hitting the air this coming Sunday to hit Orlando. And Jay and I are just spending the holiday at home.

Ok we posed for a picture as well. It was a great day. A nice quiet Christmas but surrounded by some family and new friends.

At the end of the day right before bed we decided to take a picture next to the tree, and then hit the sack so we could both get to work nice and early on Wednesday.

Not to steal Santas words or anything, but Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
