Last Friday Jay got a call to see if he would be willing to sub in for benefit concert for foster kids out at little beaver state park, so of course, he did. We hadn't yet been to this park and while jay was warming up and mingling, and i wandered around and took some pictures...
This first one is of the dam that comes off the lake, it was really pretty and i decided the really close shot would be the most fun...

All of you Eastern people will appreciat this comment...yes after 4 years with ducks and geese seeing them made me think of Eastern, so i took lots of pictures, of the birds that use to wake me up and poop everywhere, but it was a happy memory too...

Jay thought a posed picture would be nice...he really was playing, even though it looks like he is a deer stuck in headlights...

Ok another one, they were so special, they swam together and came over and said hey, and they were just pretty.
That was basically our day, Jay played some, an 11 year old played the banjo like an old man (a compliment i promise), and then we left so jay could get to work...we will have to go back when the sun is out, we tend to visit places for the first time on cloudy rainy days...and yet they are still so pretty!
